Downloading Instructions

It is best to save a local copy of these files to your computer. This avoids repeated downloads and gives you better response.

Better still, you can then transfer them to your Ipod or MP3 player so that you can do your learning on the train or in the car. It is also possible to burn the files to a music CD (to play in your Walkman) if you have some appropriate software on your PC. (Windows Media Player can do it.)
