Our Artistic Director has been asked by the Music in Communities Network to write a weekly blog. The idea is that this will help spread the word about how best to promote choral music in communities across Australia. Michelle is recognised as a leader in this field.

Michelle and LEC were awarded Best Community Outreach in the inaugural Music In Communities Awards in 2008 for outstanding success in promoting choral music in Sydney's inner west. The judges commented: "This isn't just a choir. It's a social force!". (Read more.)
Michelle is also the Festival Director and founder of the fast-growing annual Moorambilla music festival that encompasses all of far west NSW.
